About the OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC)
Georgia Tech’s OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC) has been providing applicable, up-to-date, and effective safety and health training courses for more than 25 years. The center, established in 1992, was one of the first four OTIEC’s established by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
The OTIEC at Georgia Tech offers more than 50 different courses, both in person and online, with over 200 dates to choose from each year. All of the courses are offered in Atlanta and many of the courses are also offered at 11 sites throughout the Southeast. Additionally, any of our courses can be brought onsite, to your facility, as a contract.
The Safety, Health, and Environmental Services (SHES) team at Georgia Tech also offers an Online Professional Master’s in Occupational Safety and Health (PMOSH) and provides no cost training and webinar options throughout the year.
