If I need to be off-camera for a short period of time where it would otherwise be distracting to the rest of the class, I am permitted to close the camera but am expected to promptly return.(Required) 5. If I need to be away from class/camera more than 15 minutes, I will email and/or direct message the instructor and/or facilitator of the Zoom.(Required) If I have difficulty fully complying with these expectations – either by my own acknowledgement or as observed by the GT-OTIEC faculty – I understand I may be asked to leave the class and potentially receive an incomplete or non-pass for the virtual course.
